Introduction
Welcome to WiseCV, an AI-powered resume builder operated by Wise Minds AI. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and related services. By using WiseCV, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
WiseCV provides resume creation, formatting, and AI-assisted bullet point optimization. You agree to use the service only for personal, legitimate job application and career development purposes.
You agree that you will not:
- Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Service.
- Copy, scrape, resell, or distribute WiseCV layouts, templates, styles, or code.
- Use the service for spam, phishing, database harvesting, or fraud.
- Reverse engineer or disassemble any part of the platform.
2. Intellectual Property
The layout structures, templates, styles, design elements, branding, logos, and source code of WiseCV are the exclusive intellectual property of WiseCV. The content, text, career history, skills list, and photos you input into your resume remain 100% your own property.
3. Lifetime Pro, Payments & Refunds
One-time payment. Lifetime Pro is a single payment that unlocks Pro features on your WiseCV account. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. “Lifetime” means for as long as WiseCV is operated. Prices and offers, such as launch pricing, are shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
Payment and activation. Payments are processed securely by PayPal; we do not see or store your card details. Pro is activated automatically on the account you purchased with as soon as the payment is complete. If PayPal holds a payment for review, Pro is activated once PayPal confirms it.
14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Pro, email support@wisemindsai.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method, no questions asked. Refunds are issued through PayPal and may take a few business days to appear. After a refund, your account returns to the Free plan: your CVs are kept, but Pro features are no longer available.
We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of fraud or abuse of this guarantee, such as repeated purchases and refunds. This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

4. AI Tool Usage Disclaimer
AI-generated suggestions are provided for assistance only. Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all resume content before using it in job applications. WiseCV does not guarantee interview invitations, employment, or ATS compatibility.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WiseCV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to career outcomes or employment results.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
